This week, we are highlighting the Solid Builders LLC. Solid Builders is our go-to trade team and have taken the lead on many of the Henry Walker community builds since 2018. Owner, Douglas Quintanilla, began his career as a framer June 10, 2002 with the ambition of one day owning his own business. Douglas began Solid Builders LLC. in April of 2018 and is a true professional who has mastered the craft of framing. He is very detail-oriented and works efficiently to complete every job on time. He and his team are often seen working long hours and weekends committed to exceeding our expectations. Douglas leads his highly skilled crew by example with unwavering dedication to his work and clients.
The Solid Builders team is currently building the new model home in our Grayson Ridge Community located in Syracuse, UT. This home is the Monroe floor plan and is the first home of a five-part Farmhouse series that will be available in coming months. We are excited for the Monroe to be featured in the 2019 Northern Utah Parade of Homes this summer.
