Your Henry Walker Home will include:
- 1 Year Workmanship Warranty
This provides surety coverage against defects in workmanship and materials. - 2 Year Distribution Systems Warranty
This provides surety coverage against defects in wiring, piping, and ductwork in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. - 10 Year Structural Warranty
This provides insurance-backed coverage, beginning the day the home closes, for structural defects to load-bearing components.
Steps to Submit a Claim
- Go to 2-10.com and select Sign-In. If you are a first time user, choose Register/Create Account under the Homeowner tab and click on Register my Structural Warranty*.
- Select Service Requests to create your warranty service request. When you have created your complete list, click Submit to send your request for processing.
- Once your request is submitted, a FLWS team member will reach out to both you and your builder.
